Bottle cap molds have the following product functions, applications and advantages:
Multi-cavity design:Mature technologies are available for cavity counts ranging from 4 to 32. The simplified hot runner system features reliable performance and low cost.
High efficiency:The adoption of a simplified dispensing-type hot runner system eliminates gate waste, and the production cycle can be as short as 5 seconds.
Special cutting edge design :The cutting edge of the twist-off ring adopts a split structure, which ensures no deformation of the blade, accurate positioning, easy replacement, and no collision or pressure during mold clamping, resulting in a long service life. It overcomes the defects of integral blades such as poor positioning accuracy, easy flash formation, high vulnerability to damage and short service life.
Long service life:The mold cavities are all made of high-quality mold steel with a heat treatment hardness of HRC52, and the key core components can reach HRC60. The mold guide pillars and bushings adopt an oil-free lubrication method, which is pollution-free, and the service life can reach up to ten million cycles.
Positioning and cooling system:Bottle cap molds adopt a two-stage double-taper positioning technology, with each cavity having independent self-locking function to ensure mold concentricity. The excellent cooling system achieves high efficiency with normal temperature water cooling, and gate cutting is not required, which reduces the labor intensity of workers. The mold service life is at least 3 million cycles.
